1. Service-Based Nature of Work
Our services include:

- Website Maintenance

- Technical Consulting
Since these services require time, expertise, and project resources, refunds are handled according to the progress of the project.
2. Advance Payments
- Most projects require an advance payment before work begins.
- This advance confirms the booking of project resources and development time.
- Advance payments are generally non-refundable once the project has started.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- The project has not yet started after payment.
- RNK Web Solutions India is unable to start or deliver the agreed service.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Work has already started on the project
- Design concepts or development work has been delivered
- Delays caused by lack of client communication or materials
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Services that have already been completed or delivered
5. Project Cancellation by Client
If a client wishes to cancel a project:
- The client must submit a written cancellation request via email.
- Payment will be required for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Any remaining unused project balance may be reviewed for partial refund eligibility.
6. Cancellation by RNK Web Solutions India
RNK Web Solutions India reserves the right to cancel a project if:
- The client violates the terms of agreement
- Required project information or materials are not provided
- Payments are not made according to agreed milestones
- Communication is consistently unresponsive
In such cases, refunds will be determined based on the amount of work already completed.
7. Subscription & Maintenance Services
For website maintenance or monthly services:
- Clients may cancel the subscription with prior notice before the next billing cycle.
- Once a billing cycle begins, the fee for that cycle is non-refundable.
8. Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact RNK Web Solutions India directly before initiating any payment dispute so we can resolve the issue professionally.
9. Policy Updates
RNK Web Solutions India reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
