Delays in providing required information may affect the project timeline.
4. Payments & Billing

- All payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:

Any third-party software, plugins, or tools remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. Project Delivery & Revisions
- Project timelines depend on project complexity and client cooperation.
- Reasonable revisions may be included as defined in the project agreement.
- Additional revisions or major scope changes may result in additional charges.
7. Website Maintenance & Support
Maintenance services may include:

- Security monitoring
- Bug fixes
- Performance optimization
Support services are provided based on the selected maintenance plan or agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
RNK Web Solutions India will not be held responsible for:
- Loss of data due to third-party hosting issues
- Website downtime caused by external providers
- Business losses resulting from the use of our services
- Security breaches caused by third-party plugins or platforms
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups where applicable.
9. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policy updates made by third-party services.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a project or service if:
